Armstrong sells estate , Lance Armstrong, the disgraced cyclist has sold his Central Austin Estate to Al Koehler, an oil and gas rights agent. But, Lance Armstrong still likes to be in Austin. According to the sources, a deed of trust filled by the buyer of the estate, Al Koehler, showed that Al Koehler took out a loan for $3.1 Million to purchase the property. However, the local real estate agents say that the product was listed for $10 million. But, the property was listed on the Travis Country Tax Roll for $3.9 Million in 2012. Lance Armstrong had brought the estate way back in 2004. The estate spreads out in an area of 1.7 acres near Camp Mabry. Lance Armstrong has not yet given any news about this deal. But Mark Higgins, an Armstrong spokesman has confirmed the deal. But he refused to provide further details about it. The buyer of the estate, Al Koehler, is a 49 year old resident of Austin. He is the founder of Royalty Clearinghouse, which deals with the purchasing of Oil and Gas

Two Oregon teens saved their father's life by lifting a 3,000-pound tractor off of him after the machinery flipped over and pinned him to the ground.  Jeff Smith of Lebanon, Ore., said he was trying to pull a tree stump out of his garden when his boot slipped off the clutch and the tractor flipped on top of him, with the steering wheel pinning his chest to the ground. He immediately began screaming for help. 'It was scary because it was on my chest [and] every time I called out for help it was like a constrictor,' Smith explained to Portland NBC affiliate KGW . A former Virginia socialite's son who sold the front yard of his family's mansion to the Donald Trump real estate empire says he's been cheated and wants the land back. The John W. Kluge Jr. Trust is suing for the return of 217 acres fronting Albemarle House, which Trump bought last year for $6.5 million. A military judge cleared the way on Wednesday for a member of the team that raided Osama bin Laden's compound to testify in the trial of Bradley Manning who is charged in a massive leak of U.S. secrets. Colonel Denise Lind ruled for the prosecution during a pretrial hearing for Pfc. Bradley Manning at Fort Meade, near Baltimore. The government said the witness, presumably a Navy SEAL, collected digital evidence showing that an associate of bin Laden provided the al Qaeda leader with documents Manning has acknowledged sending to the WikiLeaks website. A couple have been arrested after they were caught having sex in their car in a parking lot following a church service, a recent police report has revealed. Jamel Grant, 26, and 21-year-old Michel Felix Casas were spotted partially clothed during a routine police patrol close to the entrance of the Kroger Grocery Store in Gwinnett County, Georgia on March 31. Officers approached the car on Easter Sunday around midnight to find Casas performing oral sex on Grant in the front driver's seat.
