Founded in 1983, National Pretzel Day was created when U.S. Representative Robert S. Walker, a Pennsylvania Republican, declared his favorite food was deserving of a holiday. In April of 2003, Pennsylvania’s Governor Ed Rendell joined the bandwagon by re-declaring the unofficial national holiday. Rick Hendon, owner of the South Ave. East franchise, said what makes the pretzels so special is that they are made fresh every morning. "W

Paltrow humiliated , has revealed she underwent embarrassing grooming before she took to the red carpet wearing the dress that's been branded quite possibly her worst fashion faux-pas to date. Days after being named People Magazine's Most Beautiful Woman, Paltrow took to the red carpet of Iron Man 3 in "the most vulgar, look-at-me, attention-seeking dress" she has worn to date, according to critics. The space-age-style Antonio Berardi gown featured white, navy and green panels. And while the front on the dress was nothing to write home about, as soon as Paltrow shifted to the side, panels of sheer mesh reaching all the way up to her waist were revealed. Paltrow told Ellen DeGeneres it took some embarrassing last-minute grooming before she was able to wear the gown. The star, 40, admitted she was horrified to discover her 'ass was hanging out' and also revealed she also needed a razor. "I was doing a show and I changed there and I went I couldn

Bynes shaves half head

Bynes shaves half head, an American actress Amanda Bynes's state of mind in recent months has been expressed through her hair. When her extensions were "matted and messy," it was a sign that she "has had a rough time of late." When she dyed her hair red, then tweeted and deleted , "I've never been a redhead! Somebody keeps posing as me," it was a sign either of paparazzi-evading desperation or a break from reality. Two weeks ago, a claim that damaged hair had driven her to shave her head (and replace her hair with extensions) drew comparisons to Britney Spears. Last night on Twitter, Bynes finally revealed her "buzzed" scalp. And it wasn't as bad as we'd feared! Her shaved head is a hairdo, not a sign of insanity. "No more old photos!" refers to Bynes's quixotic mission to convince the press to use selfies from her Twitter feed instead of recent paparazzi shots or older red-carpet ones when they write about her.
