The city police on Thursday arrested two people for illegally occupying a house of a document writer at Rathinapuri. Police are on the look out for one more person in connection with the case. A Thennarasu (40), a city unit secretary of Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi, and his relative R Dhandapani (32) from Sivananda Colony, were arrested on Thursday by the police for illegally occupying a house owned by H Geetharani (42), a document writer residing at Hudco colony in Rathinapuri.Geetharani had bought the house from Vasudevan on February 18 by paying Rs 5.25 lakh. She had kept the house locked as there was no electricity connection.On February 20, Patel Balu from Hudco Colony broke open the front door and occupied the house with his family members. When Geetharani confronted Balu, he threatened her.
