A father-of-four who was stabbed to death in the street was 'never without a smile' his heartbroken partner said in a poignant tribute today. Labourer Paul Morgan was stabbed in the chest in Toxteth, Liverpool, at 4.30pm on Saturday. The 39-year-old, who had four children aged between 11 and 16, died in hospital shortly afterwards.
