DA to seek death penalty for Nevada gunman, 24, charged with killing McDonald's worker, 16, in 'motiveless' attack through drive-thru window

A Nevada District Attorney intends to seek the death penalty for a man charged with the fatal shooting of a 16-year-old McDonald's employee in what police have described as a 'random' act of violence. Cops say 24-year-old Justin Michael Mullis, of Winnemucca, Nevada, walked up to the drive-thru in Elko at around 9.30pm on Sunday night and shot Kylee Leniz, who was working at the window.     The high school student was taken to Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital where she was later pronounced dead.  Police are still searching for a motive for the crime as there appears to have been no connection between Mullis and Leniz.   Justin Mullis, 24 (pictured left), has been charged with murder in the killing of Kylee Leniz, 16, on Sunday at the McDonald's in Nevada where she worked. A bartender suffered a punctured lung after he was allegedly stabbed during a brawl at an underground Sydney lingerie venue - as one of the men accused of the attack claims he 'doesn't remember' what sparked the melee.    Five men were asked to stop smoking in the non-smoking area of Concourse Bar, nestled in Wynyard Station, at about 6pm on Thursday and a scuffle ensued.    Police allege a 19-year-old man from south-west Sydney, who was among the group of five men, stabbed  34-year-old employee Lawrence D'iapico-Bien twice in the back.  Mobile phone footage shared with Seven News captured the moment women dressed in lingerie ran to help their colleague after he had been injured.  NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the worker at the York Street bar before he was taken to St Vincent's Hospital in a critical condition.  The five men allegedly left the scene - three were arrested and charged a short time later - while the 19-year-old was arrested on Friday.         Eme

The wait for results gets uglier as NYC protester tries to strangle cop with a CHAIN and armed demonstrators gather outside electoral stations in Arizona and Las Vegas where they are still counting votes

A series of 'violent arrests' were carried out in Manhattan on Thursday as protestors took to Greenwich Village to voice their disdain for President Donald Trump and New York City police.  A series of videos from the protests in the Big Apple show irate New Yorkers as Americans across the country take to the streets to demand either to count every vote or to stop counting.  A spokesperson for the New York Police Department told DailyMail.com that 10 people were arrested during demonstrations in lower Manhattan on Thursday.   Clashes also erupted in the West Village after protesters marched from outside the iconic LGBTQ landmark the Stonewall Inn carrying rainbow and Black Lives Matter flags for the 'We Choose Freedom' rally.  One of the protest organizers Joel Rivera was detained by an NYPD officer and seen lying cuffed in the road in social media footage that looked similar to scenes from the Stonewall Riots in 1969. In a separate incident, the NYPD took to Twitter to
