Inside the house where Virginia Roberts and Prince Andrew had 'sex in the bath' - so is the tub REALLY too small for two people to fit like Ghislaine Maxwell claims?

Four doors opened onto the first-floor landing of Ghislaine Maxwell's London pied-a-terre. Viewed from the top of the stairs to the ground floor, the door on the right led into a master bedroom. That is where Epstein and Maxwell slept together that Saturday night, a source claims. The door on the left (against which the Duke and Miss Roberts are seen in the photograph) led to the study-cum-second bedroom. That was Miss Roberts's room. Directly opposite the top of the stairs were two further doors; an airing cupboard and the entrance to the bathroom. The latter was 'where I led (the Duke)', Miss Roberts recalled in the manuscript of her memoir. 'It was a beige marble tiled floor with porcelain Victorian-style bathtub in the middle of the room and nowhere near the size of Jeffrey's residences.' Daily coronavirus cases have fallen by as much as 44% in states across the Midwest and Upper Great Plains over the last two weeks after more governors institute mask mandates as infections soar in coastal states such as California and New York

Coronavirus cases have been stabilizing and steadily declining across the Midwest and Upper Great Plains over the last few weeks. States such as Illinois, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin and Wyoming - some of which were hit the hardest by the virus - are seeing counts fall by as much as 44 percent.   One reason for the drop appears to be that governors in several states, such as Iowa, North Dakota and Wyoming, finally instituted mask mandates after resisting for months. Another is that a sizable percentage of the population in these states, at least 20 percent, has already been infected, meaning the number of new cases is likely going to decline, according to analysis from covid19-projections.com.  Meanwhile, infections are surging in coastal states such as California and New York, reminiscent of the early days of the pandemic, although it's unclear why.  It comes as the US COVID-19 death toll, which now stands at more than 292,000, surpassed the number of Americans

More Brits than ever before are planning to travel next year as bookings TRIPLE with eight out of 10 planning trips after 2020 Covid misery

More Britons than ever before are planning to travel next year with eight out of 10 planning trips following months of coronavirus lockdown, a study shows. Around half of those surveyed said they would book more weekends away from home in 2021, while a third will visit their friends and family more often.   Some 40 per cent said they plan to go abroad next year, following Grant Shapps' announcement that holidaymakers returning to the UK from countries not on the travel corridor list will soon only need to quarantine for five days if they test negative for the virus.      Thomas Cook today told MailOnline it has experienced a huge surge in those booking holidays for June, July and August next year compared to two weeks ago. Bookings for next summer have tripled compared to two weeks ago as Britons experience a 'big shift in confidence,' the travel agency said.   Around half of Britons surveyed said they would go for more weekends away from home in 2021, while a third will vi

Sophie Ellis-Bextor's family disco videos made her a lockdown heroine and now she's getting the glitterball out again for a Christmas knees-up - after a year when she lost her stepfather and barely hugged her mum

Sophie Ellis-Bextor is talking about natural highs and that feeling when you think you hate exercise, but actually drag your body out on a run and find — surprise! — that you almost enjoy it. Except she's not talking about sporting matters, not really. She's talking about Christmas, and the astonishing mood-enhancing magical power of... tinsel. 'I think there are endorphins involved. Like lots of people this year, I was feeling a bit gloomy about Christmas, a bit 'I-can't-find-the-festive-feeling', but once I started to decorate the house, it was amazing how quickly it tricked my brain.  'It gave me the right sort of endorphins, or whatever. I've noticed quite a lot of people doing the same thing, and going bigger and brighter with everything.' Sophie Ellis-Bextor is talking about Christmas, and the astonishing mood-enhancing magical power of... tinsel In her house, she's been going bigger and brighter with the tinsel. Lodger, 30, is found guilty of murder after killing and dismembering his landlord, 71, before feeding his corpse to BADGERS and spending his life savings on alcohol, gambling and visits to a massage parlour

Daniel Walsh killed his landlord Graham Snell and then chopped his body up A 30-year-old Derbyshire lodger who killed and chopped up his victim before shoving some of his body parts down a badger sett has been found guilty of murder. Daniel Walsh killed his landlord Graham Snell and then caught a taxi to DIY stores to buy two handsaws which he used to dismember the 71-year-old. He then went on to bury parts of his body in woodland in Chesterfield, and spent the money he stole from his victim at a casino, arcades in Matlock, Derbyshire, and at a massage parlour. A jury took just over an hour to unanimously find him guilty of murder following a near three-week retrial at Derby Crown Court. Judge Nirmal Shant QC, Honrary Recorder of Derby, remanded him into custody and will sentence him on Monday. Prosecutor Peter Joyce QC, opening the case on November 23, said: 'The cause of death is unascertained because there were so many body parts, but we know what he did. Prosecutors said: '
