Snowboarder Scotty James had sold his South Melbourne home for a cool $1.3 million. The 27-year-old Olympic medallist's townhouse went under the hammer during a virtual auction on Saturday, according to realestate.com.au. Scotty was watching the sale unfold from Switzerland. 'It was a bit of twist, because the buyer was actually the under bidder who had competed against Scotty for the property,' says Greg Hocking Holdsworth Albert Park’s Josh Allison. Allison went on to explain the under bidder originally 'didn't have enough money' in 2018, but she got a 'second chance three years later.'
