Violent Antifa mob clashes with Proud Boys in Portland park after crashing a prayer event with smoke bombs and pepper spray

Violent clashes broke out Saturday afternoon in downtown Portland between right and left wing activists over a Christian prayer event. Members of right-wing group Proud Boys and left wing Antifa demonstrators converged at the Tom McCall Waterfront Park for an event scheduled for noon in downtown Portland by Canadian Protestant Christian preacher Artur Pawlowski. Pawlowski is known for his public opposition to abortions, homosexuality and most recently mask rules, calling police who enforce them 'Nazis' in a YouTube video posted ahead of Easter this year.  Around 50 people attended the event, and video shows the black-clad Antifa demonstrators armed with shields and umbrellas, disrupting it with smoke bombs and what appeared to be pepper spray, and knocking over the event's speaker system.  One of the demonstrators commandeering a microphone and can be heard saying, 'All Cops are B*******, in the name of Jesus,' over the speakers. Read the eerie warning from bloodied locals attacked by a vicious magpie terrorising a local park just days before a baby girl was tragically killed in swooping attack incident

A concerned resident issued an eerie warning urging others to be aware of an aggressive magpie terrorising a local park just days before a baby was tragically killed in a freak swooping incident.   Paramedics were called to Holland Park West, in Brisbane's southeast, at 12.05pm on Sunday after a baby suffered serious injuries during a bird attack.  A Queensland Ambulance Services spokesperson said the mother had been ducking to avoid a magpie when she tripped over with the baby in her arms. The baby girl was rushed to Queensland's Children hospital in a serious condition with a head injury, but later died.     Now it has emerged a week before the tragedy a man sternly advised residents to avoid Glindemann Park after he was attacked multiple times, with others saying they too had been attacked and left bloodied by the wild bird. It was one of many stories shared online in the wake of the infant's death, with dozens of locals coming forward to share stories of being chased by

Moment pig farmer runs up and flying kicks animal rights activist in the BACK after anti-meat mob storm into farm - as police arrest man over four assaults

A pig farmer has been arrested after performing a flying kick into the back of an animal rights activist in Yorkshire.  Video shared online shows the farmer take a run-up before jumping into the air to kick the protestor as he walks away with his back turned.  Some 50 members of the Meat the Victims group had stormed Willow Farm Products Ltd at Hall Green, Wakefield, on Saturday at around 5am.  It followed a six-month campaign to expose what they claimed to be 'disgusting and inhumane' conditions. After kicking one of the protestors, the 51-second clip shows the farmer screaming: 'Get out! Get out!', while pointing to the exit.  He adds: 'Get out now, every single one of you, I don't give a f**k.'  The Yorkshireman points to the door and continues to tell the group to leave before appearing to punch the male protestor he had just kicked to the ground moments earlier.  The campaigners can be heard gasping in shock before screaming: 'Stop it...What are y

'You can choke on your sanctions, American lapdogs!' Belarus dictator Lukashenko insults Britain as US and UK impose fresh sanctions following Olympic sprinter kidnap

Belarus dictator Alexander Lukashenko lashed out at the UK today, branding Britain 'America's lapdog' as Westminster joined Washington in imposing fresh sanctions on his regime. The 66-year-old strongman raged at western journalists at a press conference in Minsk, telling the UK to 'choke on your sanctions' before adding: 'We didn't know what Britain was for 1,000 years, and we don't want to know it now.'  He added: "You are risking starting World War III," he added. "Is that what you are trying to push us and the Russians to?" Lukashenko, who has served as president of the eastern European country since 1994, was speaking at an event to mark one year since his 'reelection'.  He also hit out at Olympic defector Krystsina Tsimanouskaya, denied murdering a critic in Ukraine, and insisted he is legitimately elected despite widespread evidence to the contrary. Alexander Lukashenko branded the UK 'American lapdogs' to

'What was this man doing in France?' Politicians' fury as Rwandan 'kills Catholic priest who was sheltering him as he awaited trial for Nantes Cathedral arson'

French politicians reacted with fury today after a Rwandan refugee allegedly murdered a Roman Catholic priest who was giving him shelter while on bail for alleged arson. Emmanuel Abayisenga, 40, reportedly confessed to the killing of 60-year-old Father Olivier Maire in Saint-Laurent-sur-Sèvre earlier this morning. The Rwandan was awaiting trial for setting fire to Nantes Cathedral last year, and had been taken in by Father Maire's community while on bail and under judicial control. Today's horrific crime immediately provoked outrage across France. 'What was this man still doing in France?' asked senator and president of the country's centre-right Republicans group Bruno Retailleau. Marine Le Pen, the leader of France's Far-Right National Rally, said: 'An illegal immigrant' can 'set fire to a Cathedral, not be expelled and then reoffend by murdering a priest'. However, under the conditions of his bail, Abayisenga was forced to surrender his passpo

Worrying 72 new Covid exposure sites revealed in late-night drop with dozens of supermarkets on alert as well as takeaways in Sydney's CBD - so do you need to isolate?

A concerningly long list of new Covid exposure sites has indicated there is no end in sight for New South Wales' growing virus chaos. Five McDonald's, including a busy outlet in Sydney CBD at Wynyard station, were visited by infected customers, as were eight Coles stores and seven Woolworths. An entire apartment block in western Sydney was also added to the city's relentlessly growing coronavirus exposure list as well as several venues in Newcastle.  Just as the fresh list of 72 close and casual contact sites were published on Monday night, the NSW Health website briefly crashed leaving residents unable to check if they'd been affected. The close contact sites were released on social media, including the Astina Apartments in Penrith which were exposed to the virus over three days. The dozens of new casual sites including pharmacies, grocers and takeaways come as the city recorded 283 new cases of Covid-19 and officials locked down two more regional areas. A huge new lis
