Bill Cosby will 'plead the Fifth' in a civil lawsuit alleging he assaulted a girl, 15, at the Playboy Mansion in 1974

Bill Cosby will plead the Fifth Amendment in a civil lawsuit alleging he sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl at the Playboy Mansion in 1974, according to his lawyer.   An attorney for the 84-year-old comedian told a Los Angeles Superior Court judge Wednesday that he will invoke his right to remain silent amid fears he could be prosecuted again. Judy Huth alleges Cosby plied her and a friend with pills and alcohol at Hugh Hefner's Playboy Mansion in California when she was 15, before sexually assaulting her.  She sued Cosby in civil court in 2014 but the case was put on hold in 2016 amid the criminal case against the comedian.  Huth is one of at least 60 women who have accused the disgraced comedian of sexual assault and misconduct over the years but, due to the statute of limitations expiring in many cases, Cosby was only ever convicted of assaulting one woman. He was sentenced in 2018 to three to 10 years for drugging and sexually assaulting Temple University sports administrato

The state of Florida sent a request for the 300 ventilators to Joe Biden's government on, according to a Health and Human Services document obtained by ABC News revealed on Monday. The request noted that the state's supply was 'expended.'  In the same press conferenc
