Aquellio Parker, 29, from Queens has been accused of helping dispose of the body of  a 42-year-old high-end escort who was found in a barrel in New Jersey  A New York man was arrested by police over claims he helped dispose of a sex worker's body after she died in a Manhattan apartment building, before being stuffed into a plastic barrel. Aquellio Parker, 29, from Queens, turned himself to the NYPD on Sunday, but he will be taken into custody by police from Bergen County in New Jersey, where the 55-gallon drum with the remains of Nicole Flanagan, 42, was found.  Parker was charged with being an accomplice to disturbing, moving human remains, desecrating, damaging and/or destroying human remains and conspiring to disturb, move, conceal and/or desecrate a deceased body. Lockdown 'to end in parts of NSW on SATURDAY' with announcement due in next two days - with Sydney hairdressers also able to serve vaccinated customers 

Parts of NSW will reportedly exit lockdown as early as Saturday, the same day fully vaccinated Sydneysiders can finally get a haircut.  The plan is expected to be announced by Thursday after a NSW Cabinet meeting underway on Wednesday afternoon. It was just hours after Deputy Premier John Barilaro said a decision on whether to to extend the lockdown in regional NSW would be made 'sooner rather than later'.  The lockdown in regional NSW will remain in place until at least Saturday and at least until September 30 in Sydney and surrounds. It's been two weeks since Dubbo went into lockdown and 35 new cases there have bumped the total close to 300, with many cases in the vulnerable Indigenous community. A retail boss has warned current food shortages are some of the worst he has ever seen while others blamed the shortfall of 90,000 lorry drivers on post-Brexit migration and the pandemic.   Steve Murrells, Co-operative Group chief executive, told The Times the shortages were 'at a worse level than at any time I have seen' and revealed the company had reduced several ranges on offer in stores as a result of post-Brexit migration rules and coronavirus.  Instead, the company is now retraining members of staff to drive lorries to help deal with the loss of drivers in the industry - with around 14,000 European drivers leaving the UK last year and only 600 returning.   The impact of supply chain shortages is already being felt on the ground, with McDonald's running out of milkshakes and bottled drinks this week, while Nando's and KFC have reported a shortage of chicken.
