They're doting parents to adorable 11-month-old baby son, Astala.
And while they're rarely seen without their little boy by their side, Peaches Geldof and her husband Thomas Cohen enjoyed a rare night out on the town on Saturday evening.
The pregnant socialite and her rocker beau enjoyed some time off from their parenting duties as they helped Peaches' older sister Fifi celebrate her 30th birthday at JuJu nightclub in Chelsea, West London.

Evidently keen to make the most of having the opportunity to don her glad rags, the 24-year-old starlet showed off her big baby bump in a stylish high-necked black minidress as she stepped out with her man in tow.
But never one to opt for something so mainstream as a standard LBD, the mother-of-one added a touch of boho chic to her night out ensemble with a vintage-inspired salmon pink applique jacket with dramatic fringe detailing.
Wrapping up against the unseasonably chilly London weather in a stylish purple velvet coat, Peaches completed her look with a pair of black opaque tights and fierce patent stiletto heels.

Toting an envy-inducing beige and white Prada handbag, the daughter of Boomtown Rats legend Sir Bob Geldof wore her blonde locks loose and unstyled, while complementing her radiant pregnancy glow with dramatic black eyeliner and a slick of rouge lipstick.
Posting one of her now infamous 'selfies' on her Instagram page before heading out, Peaches said: 'On my way to my sister Fifi's 30th birthday party!'
Tom opted for a casual approach to his night out ensemble, teaming a tan leather jacket with a chunky scarf, a jumper, grey checked trousers and leather loafers.

Meanwhile, birthday girl Fifi seemed to be in great spirits as she toasted her special day, opting for a feminine and flirty baby pink minidress which she teamed with towering heels and a chic up-do, while wrapping up against the cold in a black fur-lined coat.
It was a rare night out for Peaches and her rocker husband, who have traded wild partying for the quiet life since welcoming little Astala into the world last year.
The couple announced they were expecting their second child in November, just six months after their first son was born.

Speaking to Hello! magazine, Peaches said at the time: 'I did have a momentary panic and go, "Oh my God, we're going to have a one-year-old and a one-month-old! How will we cope?"
'Tom was so supportive and relaxed, it banished my doubts and I started imagining the two boys growing up together as the best of friends. There are massive benefits to having two children so close together.
But the star admitted letting go of her wild past and settling down is something she 'always dreamed of'.
She added: 'I may be only 23 and the only one of our friends who's married, got a baby on the way and is on the verge of moving to Surrey, but it's a life I always dreamed of and I couldn't be happier.'
