Paris St Germain director of football Leonardo insists the club have not made an offer for Cristiano Ronaldo - and he's heard nothing about moves for Wayne Rooney or Edinson Cavani either.A deal for Rooney is reportedly done and dusted - though the Brazil legend claims he knows nowt about signing any Old Trafford star. But while Leonardo played down the biggest current transfer rumours surrounding the French giants, he signalled the clear intention to spend big this summer, and avoid 'thin-squad syndrome' next season!Good news too for the likes of Manchester City's Samir Nasri and Newcastle's Yohan Cabaye - there's a clear commitment to spend some of the Qatar millions on repatriating FRENCH talent."On Ronaldo, there has never been an offer," Leonardo told Gazzetta dello Sport, according to the Press Association."I've never heard anything about [Wayne] Rooney or [Edinson] Cavani either. I do not rule out big signings, but only if there is a suitable opportunity."We do want a larger squad with adequate cover in all areas in order to avoid the sort of problems we had in January in midfield with all the injuries and suspensions.
