Los Angeles police are hunting for a superhero gone rogue after a man in a Spider-Man suit grabbed $6,000 from an office worker in Hollywood on Friday.
The webslinger snatched a paper bag filled with cash and credit card information from an employee of Starlines Tour Bus company on Hollywood Boulevard.
NBC reported that police checked a number of people wearing Spider-Man costumes in an attempt to find the thief but no arrests have yet been made.

Los Angeles Police Department Lt. Rich Galbaldon said the incident happened on Friday morning when the Starlines worker was leaving the company's headquarters on Hollywood Boulevard.
The firm which runs popular Hollywood, LA and celebrity home tours is based on near the TCL Chinese Theatre, which was formerly known as Grauman's Theatre.
