Dad's chilling warning to P-plater son just moments before he was killed in a high speed crash in his BMW
The father of a teenager killed in a crash while driving a high-powered BMW has revealed the warning he gave to his son just moment before he drove away.
Abdul Zalfa, 18, died after he lost control of his father's luxury car about 3.30am on Thursday morning in the suburb of Auburn in Sydney's west.
'He said, "I'm going to get my washing from my aunty". He looked at me and I told him to be careful, please, that car is too powerful,' the boy's father Mahmoud Zalfa told 9News.

The boy's father Mahmoud Zalfa said he had warned his son to be careful as he drove away
'He said, "look after my sister", he hugged me and kissed me and said, "you're the best dad I've ever seen",' Mr Zalfa said.
Emergency crews and the teenager's family arrived at the scene on Thursday morning after the P-Plate driver crashed through a fence before hitting a tree, leaving the car a crumpled, smoking wreck.
Police said the extent of the damage to the car suggests a combination of speed and driver inexperience were factors in the car veering off asphalt in the 50km/h zone.
The police investigation into the crash is ongoing.
Mr Zalfa described his son as a 'beautiful boy' and the type of person to help everyone.
The boy's aunty, Shamae Zalfa, pleaded with other driver's on the road to take care and follow speed limits, saying that: 'If you're five minutes late, (it is) better than being buried by your loved ones. Just drive safe'.
