Man is charged with murder after a young father, 26, was stabbed to death outside a friend's home - as his heartbreaking final words are revealed
A man has been charged with the murder of a young father-of-two after he was stabbed to death outside a friend's home.
Corey Breceljnik, 26, had stepped outside the home in Watanobbi on the NSW Central Coast to take a phone call when he was stabbed in the chest and face about 11.30pm on Sunday.
Police on Wednesday evening arrested a 28-year-old man at a home in the nearby suburb of Gorokan about 6.40pm after carrying out a search warrant at the property.
The accused was taken to Wyong Police Station, charged with murder and refused bail to appear before Wyong Local Court tomorrow on Thursday.

The father had collapsed on the doorstep and was heard screaming for an ambulance - telling those around him with his final words that he loved his partner, 9News reported.
He was rushed to Newcastle's John Hunter Hospital but died on Monday despite undergoing emergency surgery.
His girlfriend has meanwhile penned a heartbreaking tribute on Facebook on Wednesday, writing 'this bad dream needs to end'.
'I felt so comfortable and loved like never before with you. No one can take our beautiful memories away,' she wrote. 'Forever my king.'
She earlier pledged to love him forever and expressed how she felt lost having to break the news to their two sons.
'How am I meant to tell my boys their daddy isn't here anymore? I'm so speechless,' she wrote on Monday.
