A management consultant hacked into her ex-boyfriend's voice-activated smart device Alexa from 130 miles away to force his new partner to leave, a court heard.
Philippa Copleston-Warren, 45, allegedly told her former boyfriend's new partner to 'leave and to take her stuff' by speaking through his computer assistant device.
The new girlfriend burst into tears and fled the property in Lincolnshire following the alleged hacking last Monday, Westminster magistrates court heard.
Copleston-Warren - from Chelsea, West London - is also accused of using the smart device to switch the lights on and off in the house.

She also posted naked pictures onto her ex-boyfriend's Facebook account, the court was told.
She is facing two counts of disclosing private sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress. Copleston-Warren denies the charges, The Sun reports.
Copleston-Warren and her ex had been together for two years but recently separated, Prosecutor Misba Majid said.
Miss Majid added: 'The defendant spoke through the Alexa account to tell the complainant's friend in the property to leave and to take her stuff.

'She also used the Alexa to turn the lights on and off.
'This so distressed the girlfriend it caused her to cry and she left.'
Copleston-Warren is set to appear in court again on November 5. She is not allowed to get in touch with the ex-boyfriend but has been granted bail.
