In an emotional plea, the Toxic singer condemned the conservatorship, which has seen her father, Jamie, control her life and finances.

'This conservatorship is doing me way more harm than good. I deserve to have a life,' she said, as stated in documents obtained by The New York Times.

'I feel ganged up on. I feel bullied and I feel left out and alone... In California, the only similar thing to this is called sex trafficking, making anyone work against their will, taking all their possessions away, credit card, cash, phone, passport.'

'I want to have the "real deal", I want to get married and have a baby. I was told in the conservatorship I'm not allowed to get married or have a baby,' she added.
