A Canadian man has gone on trial accused of murdering and dismembering two young women whose bodies were only discovered after two plumbers were called to the home to unclog pipes. Microsoft suffers major outage with major Australian companies unable to access emails through Outlook

Thousands of Australians have been locked out of their email accounts due to a worldwide Microsoft glitch.  Microsoft 365 users can't access any of the tech giant's applications due to a major system outage affecting Outlook, Teams and Microsoft Office.  'We've identified a recent change that appears to be the source of the issue,' Microsoft tweeted on Tuesday morning. 'The issue is being resolved and Microsoft have identified the source of the problem.' 'We've rolled back the change that is likely the source of impact and are monitoring the environment to validate that service is recovering.' Microsoft is rerouting traffic to alternative system to improve the user experience while investigations into the issue continue. 'We’re seeing improvement for multiple services after applying mitigation steps and we’ll continue monitoring the services to ensure full recovery,' Microsoft's latest update states. BREAKING NEWS: 911 services suffer nationwide outage as officials race to restore emergency lines

Law enforcement agencies across the country reported outages of their 911 systems Monday night, with the cause of the disruption currently unclear. Police departments from Nevada to Pennsylvania and Arizona to Minnesota, tweeted that their 911 systems were down beginning shortly after 6:30pm. Multiple reports have since indicated that similar outages have occurred throughout Delaware and Ohio as well. As of 8:15pm, a number of departments had reported their their services were back online. Others urged anyone in need of emergency assistance to call local police departments directly, rather than using 911.   The blackout may be linked to a crash of Microsoft 365 services also on Monday night, which restricted user's access to Outlook and a number of other applications.   On a status page for its cloud services, the software giant acknowledged the widespread systems issue and said 'Any user may experience access problems for Microsoft 365 services.' Two New York City Ballet principal male dancers fired in response to claims they shared explicit photos and lewd messages involving ballerinas have been cleared of any wrongdoing -  but a case against a third ex-dancer at the center of the scandal can proceed, a judge has ruled.  Former  NYCB student dancer Alexandra Waterbury made the bombshell allegations in a 2018 lawsuit, in which she accused her ex-boyfriend and principal dancer Chase Finlay of sending surreptitiously taken pictures of her to fellow performers Zach Catazaro and Amar Ramasar.  In the suit, Waterbury also accused the ballet of facilitating a culture of sexual exploitation that encouraged the three dancers to purportedly exchange the vulgar messages.  However on Monday, Manhattan Supreme Court Justice James D’Auguste dismissed 19 of the 20 claims made in the suit, insisting the ballet, along with Catazaro and Ramasar couldn’t be held responsible for Finlay sharing the images.
