NHS staff will face 'massive levels of burnout' and their mental health will be 'very fragile' once the pandemic ends, a top doctor has warned. 'There has to be a conversation about what is it we want the NHS to do with the people that we have got to do it, which lets those professionals do it in a sustainable way,' Morrison said.
