A Los Angeles cop has been suspended after a video of him punching a suspect strapped to a gurney went viral on Twitter. In the video, which had over 870,000 views on Twitter as of Tuesday, emergency medical services workers could be seen loading a man on a gurney into an ambulance, when he turns his head towards a line of police officers and yells the word 'bitch.' At that point, one of the officers comes into view running up to the suspect and appears to punch him in the face as someone seems to warn him against his actions, saying 'No, no, no.' The cop, who has not been publicly named, then tells the suspect, still handcuffed to a gurney: 'Don't do that s*** again to any officer. One of the EMS workers then tries to push the cop away as he and his crew continue trying to lift the gurney into the ambulance, until eventually another one of the officers pulls him back and seemed to try to calm him down. The EMS worker then tells others to 'grab a statement.&

A Chicago pharmacist faces up to 120 years in prison for allegedly stealing dozens of vaccine cards from his job and selling them on eBay, as cities throughout the country begin to require proof of vaccination to enter public indoor places. Tangtang Zhao, 34, was arrested Tuesday and accused of selling 125 authentic vaccination cards, featuring the insignia of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, to 11 different buyers for $10 a card - netting an estimated profit of $1,250. Zhao was a licensed pharmacist at a company that vaccinates people at 'physical locations nationwide,' according to the Department of Justice. Online records indicate he has worked at Walgreens, but the company did not immediately comment. Chicago police have warned of a marauding group of teenagers behind a spree of robberies and assaults in downtown - while Mayor Lori Lightfoot remains largely silent on the city's crime problem after clashing with cops over the shooting death of officer Ella French.  Police reported a string of six robberies in the downtown area over the past three days in which a group of up to ten teenagers, who are believed to range in age from 12 to 19 years old, surrounded their victims, beat them and demanded they hand over their belongings.
