Wild schoolgirl brawl breaks out at Darwin's biggest shopping centre - and workers say it is a daily occurrence
Shocking images have surfaced of a violent brawl between two groups of school girls inside Darwin's biggest shopping centre.
Photos circulated on social media this week showing six youths battling inside Casuarina Square, in Darwin's northern suburbs.
Horrified shoppers watched on as the teenagers clashed, hitting and pulling each other, as security guards tried to intervene.
One girl could be seen lying on the ground shielding her face as she was kicked.

But workers say the incident, labelled as 'disturbing' by commentators online, is a daily occurrence.
'It’s all the time,' a man, who only wanted to be known as Marty, told NT News.
'The security guards can't do anything.'
Another worker said the issue was rife throughout the centre.
'It’s everywhere, honestly,' she said.
The wild melee outside the Betts store is believed to have occurred on Wednesday.
A social media users blasted the scuffle as 'disgraceful trailer-trash behaviour' while another called the students involved 'drongos'.
It is not the first time footage of a school girl skirmish has been shared online.
In June, two girls, aged 14 and 15, were filmed fighting in a car park at Pacific Fair shopping centre on the Gold Coast.
The older teenager brutally attacked the younger girl, pulling her to the ground by her hair then repeatedly punching her in the head.
The incident was reported to Queensland Police and an investigation was launched.
