Pennsylvania gym teacher, 33, pleads guilty to sexually assaulting 14-year-old student over seven-month span and threatening to kill herself if he told anyone about their relationship

A former Pennsylvania middle school gym teacher has pleaded guilty to statutory sexual assault charges for repeatedly having sex with her 14-year-old student over a seven-month period. Rochelle Cressman, 33, appeared in court on Tuesday and entered guilty pleas to three statutory sexual assault counts, each one carrying a sentence of up to 20 years in prison and a $25,000 fine. At the time of her arrest in May 2019, the veteran Titusville Middle School physical education teacher was charged with 66 criminal counts,  Pennsylvania gym teacher Rochelle Cressman, 33, has entered guilty pleas to three statutory sexual assault counts, each one carrying a sentence of up to 20 years As part of the plea deal, prosecutors have agreed to drop the other 63 criminal counts against Cressman, and recommend a minimum sentence of six years and a maximum of 12 years, followed by 10 years of probation, reported The Meadville Tribune. More guests at President Donald Trump's election night event have tested positive for coronavirus, including the White House political director and a friend of Rudy Giuliani's.  Healy Baumgardner, a former Trump aide on his 2016 campaign, who was at the White House on election night as a guest of Giuliani, has the virus, Bloomberg News reported. Baumgardner told NBC News she tested positive on Wednesday. Giuliani, Trump's personal attorney, has been helping with Trump's lawsuits in key battleground states as the president refuses to concede the election to Democratic rival Joe Biden. President Donald Trump tweeted out a video Wednesday of a woman in California questioning workers emptying a mail-in ballot box, as she inquired why the deep blue state 'already called' the winner there if they are still collecting ballots. 'You are looking at BALLOTS! Is this what our Country has come to?' Trump posted to his Twitter. In the video posted along with the tweet, a woman is filming two men emptying a full mail-in ballot box and asking them questions. 'Are those ballots,' the woman asked, to which one of the men replied, 'Yeah.' 'I thought they collected them all, I just want to document,' she said in explaining why she was filing and asking them questions. Trump and his aides and allies have encouraged his supporters to document and provide proof of potential voter fraud and irregularities – especially in terms of mail-in ballots. Sworn statements from a Donald Trump campaign lawsuit alleging vote fraud include complaints about military ballots going for Biden despite what one GOP poll watcher found 'odd' while also who shared suspicions about life choices of independent poll watchers.
