Donald Trump will vote early in person near Mar-a-Lago Ivanka reveals in video pleading with supporters to help him 'win big'

President Donald Trump will be voting early and in person, his daughter Ivanka revealed on Thursday.

'My father will be voting early in person himself, and you can too,' Ivanka Trump said in a video urging supporters to get to the polls before Election Day.

President Trump is on a two-day trip to his home state of Florida but his in-person voting will likely take place on his next trip to the critical battleground state, a campaign adviser told DailyMail.com.

The president is registered to vote in Palm Beach, where his Mar-a-Lago estate is located.

Florida is particularly important to the Trump campaign and it's unclear how the president will win a second term without it.

Trump has railed against mail-in voting, which he used in Florida's August primary.

But he has pushed his supporters to vote in person, saying it will guarantee their ballot is counted. The president has claimed - without evidence - that mail-in ballots will be lost, not counted, and lead to a 'rigged' election.

Early voting has begun in many states, including Florida, where Democrats have outnumbered Republicans when it comes to casting their ballot.

Other states have shown a similar early voting trend and the new early-voting effort from Trump's campaign could be a sign of concern about the early return data.

Ivanka Trump, a popular campaign surrogate for her father, joined that effort on Thursday, with a video encouraging people to vote before November 3.

'Voting early is a great way to ensure that your vote counts this November,' Ivanka Trump said in the 45 second video. 'Please vote early. So my father can win big and spend four more years fighting for and delivering for you.'

More than 16 million Americans have already cast their ballot in the November election as the United States is on track to have more people vote before Election Day for the first time in history.

Long lines have formed across the country as states have started the early voting process. Meanwhile, more than 79 million mail-in ballots have been requested, according to the U.S. Elections Project.

Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell got in on the act, casting his ballot Thursday morning in Louisville, Kentucky, where he's seeking another term in the Senate.

But the majority of early voters appear to be Democrats. There are also large numbers of black voters and women voting early - groups more likely to vote for Democratic candidate Joe Biden than President Trump.

President Trump had encouraged his supporters to vote on Election Day - meaning the early surge by Democrats could be nullified.

Meanwhile, Biden campaign manager Jen O'Malley Dillion warned Democrats not to be complacent and said the election is 'far closer' than people think.

'Early voting is already underway in many states. Millions of voters have already cast their ballots. But there is still a long way to go in this campaign, and we think this race is far closer than folks on this website think. Like a lot closer,' she said on Twitter.
