Survivor 'villain' Jonny Fairplay is arrested on larceny charges with his MOM 'after stealing furniture and a $5,000 necklace' from his grandma

Notorious Survivor reality show 'bad guy' Jonny Fairplay has been charged with larceny along with his mother for allegedly stealing valuables from his own grandmother.

Fairplay, born Jon Dalton, 46, and his mother, 68-year-old Patsy Hall, were served with a warrant by the police in Danville, Virginia, on Friday, charging each with grand larceny.

The pair were jailed after Fairplay's aunt filed a criminal complaint, accusing Hall of mentally abusing her mother, Jean Hauser Cooke, 86, and exploiting her dementia, as TMZ first reported.
