Talk about bill shock! Woman who sat down to pay for her electricity charges discovers she's won a $1million lotto prize
A lucky Australian woman made the shocking discovery she'd won a $1million lotto prize after paying her electricity bill on Sunday.
The woman, from the Southern Highlands, had started paying her bills when she realised she held one of six division one winning tickets totalling $1,052,281.12.
The lucky woman said she initially avoided paying her bills as it 'was a really big one', but thought it wouldn't hurt to check her Saturday Lotto ticket online.

'I typed in the ticket number and when the amount came up I started screaming and crying and carrying on,' she said.
'I'm in shock. I always thought things like this just don't happen to people like me.'
The regional New South Wales winner held one of the six division one winning entries in Saturday's Lotto draw, an event that has left the woman in a 'complete daze'.
'I am beside myself. I can't sleep. I can't do anything,' she said.
The woman plans to use her jackpot winnings to help pay off her mortgage.
But the Sydney woman said her win won't seem real until the money is in her bank account.

'It's going to be the biggest help ever. It really couldn't have come at a better time,' she said.
The life-changing 50-game QuickPick was purchased at Cameron's Newsagency, 315 Bong Bong Street in Bowral.
Cameron's Newsagency owner David Hastings, said the win was big news for the community and has left residents buzzing with excitement.
'This is great news for us and even better news to know this incredible win has gone to someone from the region,' he said.
The winning numbers in Saturday's Lotto draw 4121 on January 16 were 17, 12, 22, 4, 14 and 33, while the supplementary numbers were 25 and 28.
From the other six winning entries, two were from Victoria, two from Western Australia and one each from South Australia and New South Wales.
