One of Britain's oldest seaside cafes is up for sale for £110,000 after serving food for 700 years.
The historic eatery, called Y Gegin Fawr, sits just yards from the sea and was once a rest stop for tired pilgrims to a holy island in the 1300s.
Travellers would use the spot to grab a bite to eat before sailing four miles out to sea to a remote island.
The current cafe was built in the 17th century in Pwllheli, Gwynedd, North Wales, and is now up for sale.

What made the mysterious Bardsey Island a holy place of pilgrimage in the 14th century?
The tiny island, which is now home to just a handful of people, attracted devout monks from as far back at the sixth century.
The island, Ynys Enlli, is said to have become an important religious hub in 5AD when Einon, the King of Llyn, invited the Breton St Cadfan to Bardsey.
Together, they built St Mary's Abbey - where a community of 2,500 monks lived throughout the seventh century.
It is believed many of them indicated they wanted to be buried on Bardsey, which is perhaps the reason the land is known in folklore as the 'island of 20,000 saints.'
The remains of the thirteenth century Augustinian Abbey of St. Mary, which was in use until the dissolution of the monateries under Henry VIII in 1537, can also still be seen on the island.
After that, Bardsey became riddled with pirates and marauders until the mid-eighteenth century when farming and fishing communities began to move in.
From the early middle ages, the island became known as the burial place of 20,000 'saints', and it was said that three pilgrimages to Bardsey were the equivalent of one to Rome.
