Notorious jail gang Prisoners of War post sickening video from behind bars of bloody stabbing attack on one of Australia's 'most dangerous inmates' after the convicted killer fell out with the group
One of Australia's most notorious prison gangs has shared sickening footage of a vicious stabbing attack on one of the country's 'most dangerous inmates'.
Convicted killer Gavin Preston can be seen lying bloodied on the ground in the footage which was posted online this week.
He had been set upon by five members of the Prisoners of War gang while behind bars at Barwon Prison near Geelong in Victoria, back in 2016.
Preston was stabbed nine times during the brutal attack, which involved shivs, spikes and blades.

Despite being outnumbered, Preston was able to kick one of his attackers before they all lunged at him, Herald Sun reported.
Prisoners of War members shared footage of the convicted killer on the floor as paramedics tended to his wounds.
The gang are feared in Victoria's prisons due to their extreme violence.
Preston, who has been in and out of prison most of his adult life and has convictions for shocking violence offences stretching back to 1991, was once a member of the gang.
He was also once best mates with feared Prisoner of War 'general' Matthew Johnson, who murdered Melbourne gangster Carl Williams inside jail in 2010.
But the pair fell out over a jail house spat.

Known as one of Australia's 'most dangerous inmates', Preston is well known amongst prisoners at the maximum security jail.
A couple of months ago he was transferred to another prison after savagely beating up another inmate.
In 2015, Preston beat a murder charge — and a possible life sentence — by pleading guilty to the lesser offence of defensive homicide over the 2012 killing of drug dealer Adam Khoury.
This is not the first time Prisoners of War have shared footage of their disgusting attacks on other inmates.
Back in 2018, footage circulated of two of their members ambushing a prisoner inside a maximum security jail and beat him to a pulp in a flurry of punches.

Vision reportedly taken at Port Phillip Prison in Melbourne's west showed two men wearing white shirts squaring up to the shirtless inmate and trading blows with him on a prison walkway.
The topless man initially fought back against his attackers before being backed into a corner and left severely bloodied by a series of blows.
The man had also been stabbed and slashed so badly in the attack - which happened in 2018 - he needed hundreds of stitches.
