Pleasure rooms, a rock cave swimming pool and a gym: Australia's top nudist retreat hits the market for the first time in 20 years
A nudist retreat is about to hit the market for the first time in 20 years as it owner looks to move to Thailand.
Located at 2 Livistona Drive, Doonan on the Sunshine Coast, the home boasts bondage rooms, a rock cave swimming pool and a gym.
Rainer Mueckenberger has owned the nudist treat for the past 19 years and offered bondage courses, tantric massages and pleasure rooms for his guests.

He also offered romantic rock cave spa treatments for couples in 'The Cave' where people have the option of nestling into ceiling-high bubbles.
The Cave shares similarities with the original Playboy Mansion cave spa, which lit up at night and was often used for Hugh Hefner's infamous parties.
Mr Mueckenberger believes he has created an oasis where people, particularly couples who are later in life, can reconnect with their sensual sides and explore their sexual curiosities.
'Here you can be free of your restrictions,' he previously told Sunshine Coast Daily.
He said plenty of his clients were working professionals who feel they can come inside and drop their inhibitions.
'They want to drop their police uniform or their building uniform,' he said. 'You drop all your clothes and we are all the same.'

Deciding it was time to finally move on, Mr Mueckenberger told real estate agents Jeremy Krieger and Clint Jensen he would only sign the contract if they came to the property in the nude.
The pair obliged, describing it as a 'listing like no other' but the pair are confident the home will find a new owner.
'It is a residential listing with a business opportunity. It could be a nature retreat, a wellness centre,' Mr Jensen told realestate.com.au.
'I couldn't imagine there would be a whole lot of people who would be in the market for a nudist retreat, although the owner would dearly love to see it go to a younger person who could keep that going, bring it up even more.'
