Two 14-year-old boys are arrested on capital murder charges 'for fatally stabbing married mom-of-three Uber Eats driver, 31, in the neck during robbery attempt'
Police in Texas have arrested a pair of 14-year-old boys who are accused of fatally stabbing a married mother-of-three Uber Eats driver in the neck during a robbery-gone-awry last weekend.
The two juvenile suspects are facing capital murder charges for the killing of Ryan Munsie, 31, in the Fort Worth suburb of Haltom City last Saturday.
Haltom City police said in a press release that the teenagers, who are not being named because of their age, were taken into custody by SWAT team members at Mercantile Square Apartments in the 3600 block of Tanacross Drive in Fort Worth on Wednesday.
According to the police, the arrests came after detectives discovered evidence that linked the 14-year-olds to the crime.

Police in Texas have arrested two 14-year-old boys on capital murder charges for the stabbing death of Uber Eats driver Ryan Munsie (left and right). The mom-of-three was delivering food in suburban Fort Worth on Saturday when she was stabbed in the neck

Robbery was said to be the likely motive, but Sgt. Eric Peters, of the Haltom City Police Department, said the only thing the perpetrators took was Munsie's cellphone, reported CBS DFW.
Officers tracked the stolen device and found it at a dumpster at the apartment complex in Fort Worth.
Detectives reviewed surveillance video and interviewed residents, which ultimately led them to the two teens who lived in the building.
Graham described Munsie as a hard-working and devoted mother who wanted her children to be happy
Peters described Munsie's killing as a crime of opportunity, rather than a targeted attack.
'It ended up being just a random thing where these two juveniles were out looking for somebody to rob and just ran into her,' he said.
Both 14-year-olds were transported to the Tarrant County Juvenile Justice Center in Fort Worth after their arrest.
Before the arrests were announced, Munsive's husband of four years, Camaron Graham, gave an interview to WFAA and opened up about his loss.
'I don’t wish that pain on anyone,' Graham said. 'My worst enemy shouldn’t feel this pain.'
The widowed husband said when he and Munsie first met seven years ago, they were both homeless, but through hard work they got an apartment, tied the knot and started a family.
Around the time of her death, Munsie was working four jobs to help provide for the couple's three children.
Munsie was bringing a food order to someone at the Northern Cross Apartments in the 4200 block of Northern Cross Boulevard in the Fort Worth suburb of Haltom City when she was attacked
'She wanted to make everyone happy, she wanted to work, and she wanted to make sure our kids had a set future,' Graham said.
Munsie was found dead in a breezeway at the Northern Cross Apartments in the 4200 block of Northern Cross Boulevard in the Fort Worth suburb of Haltom City on Saturday night.
Munsie was delivering food to a customer in the building but did not make it to the door before she was killed.
Munsie was employed as an ambulance driver for the disabled, but had taken the Uber Eats delivery job on the side to supplement her income.
‘We were all so proud of her, delivering UberEats to earn extra money due to cuts in their income due to Covid. This is how she died. An UberEats delivery,’ wrote Ryan’s sister, Erin Munsie, in a Facebook post. ‘I didn’t know a person could feel this level of sadness. I keep thinking I’m having a nightmare and I’m going to wake up any minute.’

Munsie and her husband have three children, ages 5, 7 and 11.
'Her children were her world,' Munsie's friend Bailey Ables told WFAA. 'When I think of her, how funny she was, she was always trying to put a smile on someone else’s face. Always asked how your day was and if you needed something, she’d get it for you.'
Ables has started a GoFundMe campaign to help Munsie's husband with her funeral expenses, which by Friday has drawn more than $70,000 in donations.
Police were offering a $1,250 reward for any information that leads to the arrest of a suspect.
